Awesome scenery. Looks like something from a movie. Josef Renklint @ 2007-04-20 11:34
The sunlight shinning throw the clouds and onto the trees is so beautiful! :D Jason Brozek @ 2007-04-20 11:38
This is right up my street, superb mountaintop view, great clouds and wonderful textures with the dapples of light here and there. GREAT! Dave @ 2007-04-20 11:42
um, wow! this shot is amazing! Beth @ 2007-04-20 14:04

Wow, interesting dof on this one. Good colors also. Alexandru Savu @ 2007-04-20 16:06
I really like the lighting. Did you take several shots to create a HDR image? Paul @ 2007-04-20 16:42
> Paul : hehe, that's an usual question ;). No you won't find any HDR picture on my website because I don't really like the rendering, I have the feeling that it is harming the light but occasionally I take 2 exposures of the same scene (no more) especially in abandoned buildings where light is sometimes extreme. For this one there is a single shot ;) Julien @ 2007-04-20 19:34

Hi again Julien. I'm still a daily visitor of your site and very much admire your eye and skills. Now I am blown away with your Photoshop skills, as recently I've been trying myself to achieve similar results but don't even come close. I was wondering, could you post or email maybe a non-postprocessed image, and maybe give some hints on how you work? I understand if you want to keep the secret to yourself, but it would be very interesting if you could give away a little bit. Incredible job. Good luck in the future! Cas @ 2007-04-22 04:26
Envore une photo magnifique... le contraste des nuages et la profondeur sont magiques... bravo une fois de plus ... olivier @ 2007-04-22 04:57
Merci en core à tous !
Thanks again everyone!
> Cas : Yes that's why I created a section "Articles & Tutorials", I just need to find some time now... ;) Julien @ 2007-04-22 06:48

Nice processing of the clouds! I also like the spots of sunshine on the hills. Wout [Woit.] @ 2007-04-22 17:29
Great picture! The beautiful green hills and dramatic clouds are amazing. I'm very interested in the post processing you did. Also compliments for the great design of your photoblog. Piet Osefius @ 2007-04-22 17:52
c'est une banalité de le dire, mais superbe paysage et surtout lumières très bien rendues... moi qui rame justement à faire des paysages qui aient un peu de profondeur et "d'âme" j'en prends de la graine ! pierre @ 2007-04-23 08:55
wow... this image moves me.. i used to live in a place, high up on a hill with a similar "big sky" available to me as natures inherent entertainment channel... this image evokes fond memories and i have chosen to use it as my desktop wallpaper for a while. i usually chage my screen every so often.. so from me to you.. wow .. superb image.. best regrads... c. :) Calvin @ 2007-04-25 12:56
Wow, what an amazingly well-designed website! Did you design it or have someone else write it? The slide-out comment tab is really cool, as is the floating image info window.
